The party responsible for data processing on this website is the operator of Weblisting.ch. If you have any questions about data protection, you can contact us at any time through the support ticket system in your dashboard.
1. Collection and Storage of Personal Data
We collect personal data when you register on Weblisting.ch, book a service, or create a profile as a Vendor. This includes:
- For Customers: Name, email address, phone number, booking history.
- For Vendors: Name, company name, address, email address, phone number, service offerings, rates, and uploaded verification documents.
2. Purpose of Data Processing
Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- To provide and manage platform functions (marketplace, booking portal, user accounts).
- To process bookings and facilitate communication between customers and Vendors.
- To send automated system emails (e.g. appointment confirmations and appointment reminders 24 hours before the booked slot).
- To handle inquiries through our internal support ticket system.
3. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties and Payment Processing
Your data is disclosed to third parties only when necessary for the performance of the contract:
- Between customer and Vendor: The contact details necessary for carrying out the service are disclosed to the respective contractual partner.
- Stripe: All online payments, subscriptions, and payouts are processed through our payment service provider, Stripe. Your payment data is transmitted directly to Stripe and processed there.
4. Data Security
We use modern security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption, to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. You are required to keep your access credentials (passwords) strictly confidential.
5. Account Deletion and Retention Periods
You may request deletion of your account at any time through the support ticket system in your dashboard. Full deletion of your profile data will take place within 30 days. Excluded from immediate deletion is data that we are required to retain due to statutory Swiss retention periods (in particular accounting and tax regulations for financial transactions).
6. Your Rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you have the right to free information about your stored data as well as the right to correction, restriction, or deletion of this data. Please use the support ticket system in your dashboard for this purpose.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy in order to adapt it to changing legal requirements or technical developments of our platform.
