So that your images look good everywhere and nothing important gets cut off, we recommend the following sizes. You can upload other formats too — but these dimensions will look best.
Business Profile
- Logo: 400 × 400 px (square), max. 5 MB
- Cover image: 1600 × 500 px (wide banner), max. 8 MB
Listing
- Logo: 400 × 400 px (square), max. 5 MB
- Cover image: 1600 × 500 px (wide banner), max. 8 MB
- Gallery: 1200 × 1200 px (square), up to 12 images, max. 5 MB each
Service
- Cover image: 1600 × 1000 px (16:10 ratio), max. 8 MB
- Gallery: 1200 × 1200 px (square), up to 10 images, max. 5 MB each
Important: A service cover uses a different ratio than a listing cover. A wide 1600 × 500 banner loses roughly half its width inside a service card — please use 1600 × 1000 px here.
Booking Attachments
- Up to 5 files, max. 5 MB each
- Allowed: JPG, PNG, GIF and PDF
Customers can attach files when booking — for example a finished advertising banner, a photo of the work to be done, or a reference image. You will find these files directly on the booking in your vendor portal.
Supported Formats
- JPG — ideal for photos
- PNG — ideal for logos, text and transparent backgrounds
- WebP — modern format with a small file size
Tips for Good Images
- Keep the important part centred: Depending on screen size, the edges of an image may be slightly cropped. Place faces, logos and text as close to the centre as possible.
- Keep the file small: Even though up to 8 MB is allowed, under 500 KB is ideal. Large images slow your page down, and slow pages rank worse on Google.
- Avoid text inside images: Search engines cannot read text in an image, and it is often too small to read on a phone.
- Use sharp images: Small images get scaled up and then look blurry. Slightly larger is better than too small.
